Not getting resolve with recouping money transferred into wrong account

Not getting a resolve to an urgent issue. Being sent from pillar to post. I mistakenly transferred money to a linked account on my banking app and am urgently trying to get the funds back as there is now a major delay on the account I should have paid 😞
