Not getting help with device info and purchase.

What used to be my favorite bank, is quickly dropping off my list and I'm considering more and more to move over to Discovery Bank. I have been trying for weeks now to purchase a certain smart device through FNB. I'm getting different results on my phone and my PC and not getting enough info on the device I want. So I call in to speak to someone about it. Firstly, the number they list takes me through to the wrong place. And then I get constantly passed around between people and NEVER end up at the right place. Numerous times I have given my number in because I was told that they will get someone to call me back. This never happens either. Today I was so frustrated that I told the last person I was passed off to (agent number 5 for the day) that I'm tired of this and no one is getting back to me. She took my number and promised me someone would call me back immediately. That was this morning. The day has gone already. No one has called me back. I'm honestly not surprised but I'm done now. I don't want anything to do with FNB anymore and I'm done recommending it to people too.
