Not getting help from FNB

I am deeply saddened and Frustrated by the way FNB have been treating and handling my situation, My account was put on hold on the 7th of December, was at the branch and i couldn’t get help because when they called for assistance they said they don’t know where the hold come from, i have been in and out of the branch, i have been personally calling, they kept on transferring me from 1 department to another without any help, can FNB release my money so that i can take it to other Banks, how possible is it that they don’t know who put my account on hold, Im draining and emotionally abused by this bank
