Not getting enough ebucks FROM FNB

I have been using FNB for at least 3 years now. I have a credit card which I do most of my spending on. My car is financed by Wesbank, I use the app for payments but I'm not going up on the level of Ebucks. Even worse;this time I got EB89 and I have used a lot of cash from 9 December to 9 January from my credit card. I only use ENGEN garage. This whole cashback thing is a **** and I would not recommend anyone to use it. I have been ****med.
