Not getting back to you

<p>Well it goes like this. I was approved for a car loan through 5 banks including FNB. So i went through ABSA BANK and i got my new car. Then i wanted to apply for a credit card. And FNB SAID im blacklisted they cant help me. And i then said but you approved me for a car loan of 300k but im black listed how dose that work. Then they said i have to wait for a couple of months then i can re trie again an i have to build up my score again. So i maild them and apparently they will get back to you in 1 or 2 working days. What a joke im still waiting for them to phone me or even just an email or sms but nothing. 2weeks has gone and ja still no answer from them. Not as seen on tv your bank isn't living up to its name and you suck if it comes to customer service.</p>
