NOT GETTING BACK TO MY QUERY

I have registered a NGO and need to open a bank account before I can start trading and also register for Tax Exemption.

I filled out a form on 6 March already and it stated you will contact me within 2 days,,,well guess what, nothing yet...I did a re-enquire again 3 days ago, and still nothing...https://www.online.fnb.co.za/corporate-banking/public-sector-banking/index.html

DOn't you want the business or assist me? I need to open up an account ASAP today still. If still nothing, I might reconsider FNB for the NGO as well as my personal account. Been with FNB about 20 years now, and never had I had such troubles in getting answers.
