NOT GETTING ANYWHERE WITH FNB BUSINESS ACCOUNT

I registered a business account via app and was requested to send required documents which i have done countless times and i kept getting emails that i need to send documents again - to no avail. I even called to follow up and getting very frustrated.

Documents were sent via PDF.

HOW MANY TIMES MUST ONE SEND FICA DOCUMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can matter be sorted out.
