NOT FOLLOWING NCA ! BAD ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION
Please note this is the latest record and full balance added as a total exposure and the other account has the full payment history...
Also why flag an L seriously I already have a dispute with the default listing where up to today no-one came back to me and no-one can send me a copy of the S129 letter which allows for a default listing. And to top it all off there was arrangement on account, go and check all the incorrect payments you guys took off from my account, the endless emails of dispute.
Then to top it off you call the refund an RD debit, just so sick of the back and forth, please get the default listing removed as there was no S129 notification sent to me, and I had an arrangement in place, much like now.
And please remove the second record on my report that is inflating my exposure by an addition R 50 000.00.
