Not followed through!

I called on the 3rd Aug and requested that my 3 share accounts be closed and was told the balances will be debited from my Cheque account and in 24 hours the accounts will be closed and no longer appear on my APP.

3 days later, the accounts are still active, in a negative balance and appearing on my APP.

SecureChat agents are not able to assist me and I am not receiving a response on Facebook comments section, nor messenger.

Please look into this!
