Not FNB fault but Groenewald Lubbe is the worst debt collectors out there.

I have been handed over to the worst debt collectors around. They have not been paying and notifying FNB of my payments. I have set up a debit order with Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys regarding my credit card and have arranged a payment arrangement and it doesn't seem to be reflecting anywhere and this month my bank account has still not been debited which this is resulting in a bad credit next to my name. I received a SMS from Groenewald Lubbe saying my account is outstanding. I am sick of dealing with them as this is now the second incident I have had with them. They are absolutely useless and I would like to deal with FNB directly and make payment directly into my credit card and have FNB debit my bank account every month. Please could someone from FNB legal call me so I can sort this issue out once and for all and get my credit card sorted out.
