not fair an unhappy
A summons was issued for an outstanding amount of R759.12. The summons cost just over 4600.00. I'm unhappy about the manner in which this whole story was handled and I feel that FNB has taken advantage of the circumstances. I have asked for them to do a timeline and for such a big company I cannot not believe the lies and cover up which they have presented to me. the information is just not adding up. I cannot understand how a summons cost more the dept which was owed. I tried to resolve this with them to pay back the charges as it was added to my account making it more but they have refused. I feel the was an error on their side and they do not want to own up to it. I'm not happy about this at all.
