Not fair

I really need help with my loan repayment. I paid you guys on the 15th when I got pay, and now I have 2 additional pending transactions for the same loan which I have already paid and now I'm sitting with no money :( I wasn't advised my loan will go off 3 times this month, and I'm not behind.?i called yesterday and the advisor advised me she cannot see what it is from her side. I honestly need assistance as I can't hold on to the phone for 17 min, and the app isn't giving me any joy. I am not behind on payment. 3 times in December isn't fair. Honestly need help with this. This needs to be reversed
