Not even your lawyers can control you

So I have settled my bank account through the lawyers of FNB and I was assured that my bank account would be closed if I paid a certain amount. This happened in February.

Now after several enquiries FNB comes up with the excuse that the revolving credit should be settled. This was never part of the original agreement?????
