Not even worth 1 star with the extra fees!!!

I have been lodging complaints about debit orders and unnessary fees for months now.. no reply on emails.. when you call the centre with your reference number they dont know who to transfer you to and they dont call back if you leave messages. You are killing us and taking our childrens food off their plates with all the extra fees! Im leaving this bank as soon as I am paid up and not recommending to ANYONE.
