Not even a decency to respond with ***** outcomes for 4 months now.. Really!!!!

You will notice previously I had indicated how displeased I was treated by the ***** department when reporting my case. After which I was told to report my case within 48 hours or my case would be disregard.. I obliged and the last communication withthe bank was on the 15th of January promising to give feedback. My friend when I told her about the feud issue told me to expect the worst horror of horrors as FNB do not like to p0pl9lay ball on such.. I dismissed and decided to go ahead and give them a benefit of doubt. I know you will probably not refund me but why don't nt you just take me out of my misery and tell me you will reject.. Just do it already I am waiting patiently but bored to death
