Not enough tellers!! Wait time is ridiculous.

I don't understand how a popular branch such as greenstone only has 3 tellers... this branch is a hub for Forex/etc... and there is ALWAYS a lengthy waiting time / queue to see a teller. Never less than a 1 hour wait..You need a minimum of 5 tellers to accommodate the volume of people... amd secondly people spend 30min+ with tellers??? WHY surely there needs monitoring on this.
