Not Elevating my Risk Category

The worst experience since joining this bank. A year ago I moved my business account from Capitec to FNB for various reasons, mainly for the benefits and credit solutions FNB offers, this seemed to be my biggest mistake and worst nightmare, as I cannot even apply for any product on the app due to my profile risk set to category 3. Found out this was for old loans back in 2017 which has already been closed. I escalated this with my banker who also sent an email to *** to elevotae my risk category to remove it.. They informed him the risk cat will be updated today 27 March 2025, yet nothing has been done. This is severely impacting my business as my banker needs to submit my application as well.

Please remove the risk cat as you advised.
