Not doing your job

I found a debit on my account for R300 for a company called Bluewater International imports, I called FNB ***** line and told them I did not make this purchase. they confirmed it was a card transaction and cancelled my card reissuing another. the response I received from the ***** department regarding the transaction was shocking. they told me I am responsible for the debit order as my card is pin protected. if the person who was handling my case did any homework, they would have realised I would have had to fly to Taiwan to make this R300 purchase, and if they had looked at my records they would have seen South africa card purchases as well..so can FNB explain to me how I managed to fly across the world to purchase R300 worth of chemical products? and if your security features are that important, and I am held responsible because my card is pin protected, then your security is flawed.
