Not doing their job
i requested for the temp loan option to be removed off my account ref( ********** ) they emailed me back saying it was removed, IT WAS STILL NOT REMOVED, i then called FNB asking again that they remove the temp loan offer ref( ********** Q) i was advised it was removed but they will do it again, IT IS STILL NOT REMOVED OFF MY ACCOUNT, I DO NOT WANT THIS TEMP LOAN OFFER, PLEASE REMOVE THIS SERVICE FROM MY ACCOUNT
