Not doing job and pathetic customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service! Being transferred numerous times between departments with no assistance and then you just end the call!!!!!!!! You are costing me money for not converting my personal loan to a student loan even though I have submitted all of the documentation two weeks ago!!!
