Not delivered debit card

I ordered a replacement card and got charged by the bank, that was two months ago. I have made several follow ups on when will I get delivery of the card and I get no assistance.

The FNB staff just keeps sending me from one department to the next while I get charged monthly for administrative fees on the debit account without being in possession of my bank card. This is extremely inconvenient as I have to rely solely on my credit card for transactions and withdraws.
