Not closing paid up loans.

Loan settled on 2 December 2025, and yet its still on my banking profile with a 1.74 Credit. I received a paid up letter, but this loan is still not closed 3 weeks after its paid up, as requested when i requested the paid up letter. Call centre is impossible.
