Not closing my account

Being a client of FNB, I am now really annoyed.

I have FNB account from last 5 years.

Now I want to close my account due to visa expired. They are asking for new Permit. I don't want to new permit and back to my home country. I don't know what should I do, as I am following with them from last 2 months and still they are not resolving my issue.
