NOT CLOSING ACCOUNTS! STILL GETTING CHARGED!

I have requested my Petrol account to be closed MONTHS ago and now I'm being charged a monthly fee???? What in the actual HELL is going on with FNB's customer service??? I am beyond sick and tired of having to deal with FNB. I'm having to resort to foul language and throwing my toys out the cot just to close my accounts!!! Sort this nonsense out ONCE AND FOR ALL before I take this to the Ombud.
