Not changing surname to married surname
I have app**** to have my surname changed to my married surname. All documents eg New ID and marriage certificate has been sent. No response or assistance. I am unable to receive my UIF MATERNITY payout due to my surname not being changed at the bank. Uif is efficient hence FNB is delaying the whole process

18 Feb 2022, 16:45Well, i received an sms around 9am that the "team" is investigating. At 3 i received an email only, replying back with all the relevant docs AGAIN, and yet NO REPLY, NO SURNAME CHANGE AS YET.
