Not cancelling a ****** card

Think twice before opening a account with FNB, my mother was in an smash and grab where they ****** her handbag with her FNB card in, same day she phoned to cancel her card and ordered a new card, however the people who ****** the card is still using it at the toll roads after its been blocked how is this possible FNB are you going to reimburse her because clearly you have not stopped the card and changed the privacy do you seriously not care about your customers?
