NOT BAD SERVICE BUT NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!

GD I had monies deducted (*****) from two of my accounts because of FNB did not prevent it. I logged two requests with FNB Frayd department with NO help. I will not recommend FNB to anybody! Security very bad!! And NO service. I want FNB to tell me to whom they gave my money. I want all my money back that FNB gave away (donated) and refunds of both cards that FNB replaced!! I need this problem urgently to be addressed and my money back ASAP!!! So, sal n senior persoon in kliente diens my dringend ****ak asb? LET WEL, n AFRIKAANSE persoon soos ek as klient dit verkies!
