NOT ASSISTING WITH MY CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION REVERSAL

I Made a purchase at STEERS Debonairs Pizaa/Steers on 29 Feb 2020. I supp**** the Credit Card division with an amount of R77.70 purchase slip as proof of my transaction. However i was deducted an amount of R777.90 from the STEERS Debonairs Pizaa/Steers shop. FNB refuses to refund me the money (yet a credit card suppose to give you that protection) and due to the Lockdown i cannot reach the outlet. FNB is been very unhelpful!
