THis BANK yet again disappoints me, but their motto is "how can we help you" but no one actually does help you. I think I have logged more than one review against FNB, time and time again, I first start to resolve the issue with them internally but always end up having to write a bad review cause they fail every time to live up to their motto. They have this whole covid 19 assistance on their app which never gets you anywhere.
