Good day I’m panicking and yet worried sick to wait for 24 hours for my issue to be resolved
FNB life insurance kindly please contact me ASAP my monthly premium is not being debited on the 2cd of every month I have contact the life insurance customer whatever I’ve never been so irritated with the guy who was assisting me no competency whatsoever He ended up transferring me to complain department ***
I’m sitting here worried my policy with lapse and honesty I can’t afford that
Can anyone from FNB LIFE COVER INSURANCE CONTACT ME AND THIS TIME HELP

I got a call from Lebo on the 4th June telling me she will log my complain to fnb life insurance to resolve my issue with the debit not going through actually it didn’t go in this month on the 2cd of June 2921 hence I panicked and contacted life insurance ASAP in fear of what I see today on my fnb App MY LIFE POLICY IS NOT LISTED ON MY POLICIES CURRENTLY TODAY ON THE 06 June 2021 and I did contact life insurance and the complaint department to debit my premium as I can’t afford to loose this life cover I’ve been paying over 2years.
I’m in disbelieve on why my policy is not on my APP as when I called on the 3rd to complain about this debit not taking the funds to my account the agent by the name of Gift couldn’t assist me but transferred me to complain department
I spoke to 2 ladies on the 3rd and on the fourth of June 1lady Peace she said was his name 2cd lady the 4th was Lebo who promised me she will push for the life insurance to cobra me and resolve this matter
CAN I GAVE MY LIFE INSURANCE BACK ON MY APP AS ACTIVE PLEASE CAN LIFE INSURANCE RESOLVE MY MATTER AS PROMISED FNB WHY AM I NOT BEING HELPED ?
