Not as helpful as they promise

Last week I played around with the App trying to apply for a loan. The App kicked me out, however, someone called me back immediately which I though, wow this is super service. Anyway, I explained that I wanted to switch from Absa, meaning my current credit needs to be switched too. The lady oh so nicely promised I would get a call back. Well that was more than a week ago. Guess if FNB ain't interested, they should have said so on the initial call and not make **** promises
