Dear FNB Business/FNB Connect

It is now 63 days since my last free allocations (data, sim, airtime) it is now well over 2 months where you did not app**** my free allocation. I have opened a fnb zero bank account with the understanding that I will receive free allocations It was suppose to be allocated regularly. August allocation was delayed. Now it is well over 2 months since you have allocated my free stuff. This is the 3de attempt I have tried to inform you about the mishap from your side and it seems you do not honor your word. As a small business starting off…. this is a setback and not to be expected from fnb product line. I sincerely hope the effort in allocating my “free stuff will find you soon.
