Not all accessories included

Pretty disappointed to say the least. Yesterday 22/06, I signed up with a Connect Laptop deal. Online the ad reads for accessories: targus wireless mouse and ifrogz toxix plus headphones with MIC. The lady that phoned me now to confirm delivery said that I was getting a Lenovo mouse (not a targus) and there was nothing about headphones. Quiet upset as the reason I chose this was because of the accessories. Tried to call the device line and got cut off 3 times and then the line said they were closed.

This morning tried again and eventually the line just goes silent. I can hear background noises but nothing more.

Please assist as this is really not acceptable. I'd like what I signed up for
