Not adhering to their own operating hours

Terribel service from FNB, getting debited for a life cover on my credit card which i never signed up for. Tried calling them where they clearly state their operating hours are from 8am to 1Pm on saturdays. Called them at 8:15 and again at 9:00 where they weren't operating and go through to no one. Shocking service!
