Not adhering to agreements

I app**** for a top up loan which was processed successfully and paid. However, i was advised that the first installment will be taken in November, only to be deducted in October. I called in for a refund/reversal and the consultant plainly refused to help me. Blatantly stated "NO i wont". If i am able i would refer taking my business elsewhere. Please rectify and reverse the installment!
