NOT ADHERING TO AGREEMENT

CRM *** - AJE BOSCH ACC ***

At the time that I was retrenched the end of 2013, I've opened an account with FNB. At that stage I still had two outstanding loan accounts. I've made an arrangement that R300 for each account must be deducted every month from my account. That went smooth for nearly two years. Then all of a sudden an amount of R2670.67 was deducted on 24 December 2015!. When I query that, I was told that was because my accounts are in arrears! These accounts are in arrears for more than two years and that was why I've made the arrangement! Not only was it deducted a day before Christmas, it was three weeks before the new school year started! Nobody even informed me that the agreement that was good for nearly two years, is now not good enough! Why did I even bother to make an arrangement if FNB employees can deduct / withdrawn money from your account as they wish? (Nomhle Ngubeni tried to phone me, but as I was in an area where cell phone reception is very poor, I send her an e-mail, requesting that she rather sent me an e-mail. However, now I want it in writing as I am not allowed to answer cell phone calls at work).
