Not accepting my new id

Hi Celeste, i too went to fnb today to revert my surname back to my ****en surname, only to be refused after issuing both past and present idenity. I was told to get a divorce decree. I said im not in the city the divorce took place, so how do i get one.? I was told its not their problem, and this after i first called your client services to ask what i needed to take along to do the switch. All i was told was my new id, as my fingerprint will confirm who i am. Please assist soonest. Angela Trollip. ***<br> 3 minutes ago
