Not acceptable! FNB wont let me stop debit orders that I have permission for stopping.

I Am beyond Shocked. While in the middle of a pandemic I was told my Multi CHoice and Dstv to go to the bank to put a stop order on the debit orders so that I can just pay them directly. I have Cronic Asthma as Chest Issues so the thought of having to go out while in Lockdown is a horrible thought. But I went to The Bank (Hillcrest) And when I asked to Stop the debit orders I was told I was not allowed to. Now I face penalties on my FBN account. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Now I am responsible for unpaid debit orders that i have arrange to pay with the people directly and FNB won't let me stop them! I am now more in financial difficulty.
