Not able to deposit coins
I was in a queue trying to deposit my coins (mainly 10c and 20c coins) which I had accumulated throughout the year. One of the FNB representatives told me to try exchange the coins for cash at any other store or fast food outlets so that I can deposit. I find this very pecu**** that a bank does not want to accept coins at all especially as stores need them to give change to any customer after a purchase.
