Not able to contact FNB!
How on earth does one successfully contact FNB??
I would like to settle my account, yet when I go in to a bank they put me on the phone. When I am at home and use the phone to contact you....there is just no one to help me.
How on earth do you expect me to settle an account with no service?

When I phoned back and provided my ID number, I was told that you have all gone home at 4pm. So who is supposed to have phoned me?
And by the way....that music playing is absolutely horrible!
