Not able to close account

FNB is *********** and can't manage FICA!

17 April 2015 -
First list of required documents
First notice of account freezing if not complying before 21 April 2015
21 April 2015 - Submitted first batch of info consisted of 3 emails. I asked for the sample mandate or resolution that would satisfy them. (Which I never received)
24 Apr 2015 - Second list of required documents
Submitted documents without response
26 May 2015 - I received an SMS stating that my account is frozen.
27 May 2015 - Sent to be unfrozen
Later - Bongiwe sometime gave me another verbal list of more outstanding documents and refused to email it to me.
1 June 2015 - I submitted more information on the alleged wrong address of a trustee. No reaction
13 June 2015 - Visit Centurion Branch. Wrong details updated. The system also does not reflect the submitted data.
20 June 2015 - Visit Centurion Branch again to be informed that I can't close the account until the Fica hold has been lifted.
The Fica department did not even process the documents that were submitted and scanned by the branch on the 13th of June.
Bottom line: I can't get the FICA sorted out because of incompetence. I can't close the account due FICA
