Not able to access Paypal Account on FNB website

Good day,

I logged onto my FNB account today only to find the error code "E-96: User not permitted to access this process". This is a personal account and not a business account.

I tried contacting FNB to see if the issue can be resolved. I am only told to contact Paypal and they will sort it out with the relevant department, but after seeing the numerous reviews they send you to FNB or to Paypal. No one takes responsibility.

My question are as follows: What gives FNB the right to just deny access to my Paypal account? What gives them the right to do so without any notification?

Any help or feedback would be highly appreciated FNB asap.
