Not a helpful bank very non transparent and un professional

I am asking FNB for help for COVID 19 but they said my business got a bad ratings how sad I have never defaulted my credit ratings for business are good, but according to FNB MY Business is not in a good credit record, they forcing me to use my overdraft which is 22 percent interest rate, very sad wait and watch I will move all my families personal and business accounts away from FNB. Being fnb client for 13 years not digesting their excuses.
