NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL!!!!!!!!

FNB don't deserve any stars but I have to put a star rating so mine is ZERO stars. It seems to be a regular occurrence with FNB. I went to the amt at Darras centre on Sunday to withdraw R350 that I need to take my brother to the doctor, the ATM only dispensed R250 and the other R100 got jammed in the side of the rollers, I then tried to draw anther R100 hoping the machine would spit out my R100 that was jammed in the side of the machine but no it sucked the R100 back into the machine and I did not get my R100. I phoned the number that is on the side of the board at the atm to report lost or stollen cards and informed the lady that my card was neither lost or stollen but I had a problem with the machine dispensing the money, she said the R100 would either take upto 24 hours to reverse back into my account if not I would need to go to my nearest FNB to fill in a claim form which I did yesterday late afternoon and the consultant said I should wait until next week Friday to receive feedback from the people who service the machines, I received an sms shortly to advise that my claim has been refuted as it has been found that the money was dispensed what a load of nonsense the security guard and I were standing there and was watching me try to get my money and I could not get my R100 that was jammed in the machine, does FNB do this to all their customers I want to know what happend to my R100 I want my money back the machine did not give me the amount I asked for and I am sorry I am not going to accept that FNB says the money was dispensed when it was not, imagine if they refuted 100 claims @ R100 each that is a lot of money that FNB is making this is not on I want my money back and FNB must service their machines properly as this is probably happening on a daily basis and they just don't care because they can just refute claims because they are a banking institution. I am not having that sorry.
