Not a happy customer

I am having the same problem as Bafana, my account has a declined Foreign T 457896*8276 and it's charging me R8, my account is on minus due to that and I have no idea what is about. FNB management can you please fix this as I have been with you for long and was not expecting something like this to happen in you company. Before you lose your customers.
