Not a happy client with fnb call center agent

I have been calling fnb customer line for about 7 times with no help was taken from one agent to the next with no luck one of the agent was Thabiso and Dineo how can one call a bank 7 times and not get help what if i wanted to stop my account money was going out **** fnb i thinking of closing my account with this bank
