Not a happy client anymore

I have been with FNB since before i was 18 years old, since I had my first job in high school and I was always so impressed with the service but these days not so much. As once cannot even open a transactional account or cards for your kids... Then they cant even resolved a complaint logged, cant even pick up a phone and call you during the days to get it resolved, its just left unattended.
