Not a good start with FNB
Can someone please get back to me on where my overdraft is?
It's been 5 days now.
I have provided the approved quotation reference number in a private message.
I cannot believe it takes this long to advise a customer.
Please respond via email as soon as you can.

21 Feb 2019, 10:26Good Day,
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I have reviewed your previous complaint and noted that you were advised to visit a FNB branch closest to you to raise another application as the previous application was incomplete.

21 Feb 2019, 10:34So how can the application be incomplete, if everything was approved? Does not make sense at all.
Why must i go to the branch, if you guys offer this on the app.
Just another way to inconvenience the customer.
If the things is incomplete, please make sure that you cancel the incomplete application. I don't need the overdraft anymore.
I was just scared it was linked to my someone else's account.

21 Feb 2019, 10:35Next time don't offer things on the app, but you always need to run to the branch to get it fixed.
Then you better off just going to the branch.
