I hear all these adverts on radio about how you can change banks overnight.... yeah right its been over a week and still have not heard anything from anyone in FNB. <br> <br> your adverts are portraying you to be such a good bank, however if you cant even get back to people in a week how is your service overall going to be. <br> <br> NOT A GOOD START
