Not a Good bank

Poor customer service! Unfortunately, I am a new FNB customer cause I got a new job and didn't want to use my other bank to receive my commission. Now on Friday I received my second payment and to my suprise I couldnt access my hard earned money as a hold was unexpectedly placed on it. Upon inquiry, I was informed that there were outstanding FICA documents, even though I had previously submitted them. Surprisingly, no prior warning was provided, and the account was simply blocked. Efforts to contact an operator proved to be frustrating, with a 45-minute wait accompanied by less than satisfactory music. Despite the initial submission of required documents, the need to resubmit them raises concerns about your processes. I am a frustrated customer, and from the look of it I am not the only one. I have no money to go to work yet they have paid me on Friday and again going to receive another payment tonight that I cannot access.
